Position: Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Working, 2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage clients and candidates professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles across different industries.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Maintain strong follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and share relevant profiles.

Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and update trackers.

Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Non-IT Recruiter.

Strong experience in sourcing from major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of various non-technical roles across industries.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience working in a recruitment agency is an added advantage.
