Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Source top talent for various positions within the organization through job postings, networking, and other sourcing methods.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate logistics for interview sessions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (e.g., HR).
  • Strong understanding of job posting creation, interview scheduling, and shortlisting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
