Roles and Responsibilities :

Source top talent for various positions within the organization through job postings, networking, and other sourcing methods.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate logistics for interview sessions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements :

4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (e.g., HR).
Strong understanding of job posting creation, interview scheduling, and shortlisting processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
