Onboarding and Learning Lead

  Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Learning and Onboarding Lead and help us drive onboarding and recruitment process training for a multinational pharmaceutical company in Bangalore, India. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.    You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise in ensuring employees gain a strong understanding of business operations, methodologies, and systems. If no onboarding schedules are lined up, will be responsible for developing and maintaining training manuals and design new training modules. Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.  

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Proven years of experience working in onboarding and learning, recruitment process training. Background in training in life science, banking is a nice to have
• Experience using Phenom is nice to have
• Expert level skills in process improvement and continuous improvement
• Experience in designing training modules and manuals
