Systems Analyst & Support Specialist Are you a problem-solver who thrives on keeping systems and AI agents running flawlessly Do you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring users have a smooth experience Hudson RPO is looking for a Systems Analyst & Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our AI-driven recruitment platforms, ensuring ongoing stability, peak performance, and continuous optimization. This role combines platform support, hands-on troubleshooting, process maintenance, and best-practice sharing while keeping teams informed on product releases, new features, and enhancements. What Youll Do 1. Technical Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system configuration, integrations (ATS/HRIS), AI performance, and data discrepancies. Proactively monitor system health, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions before they impact operations. Collaborate with vendor teams to address escalations, deploy fixes, and maintain uptime standards. Implement performance enhancements, optimization strategies, and corrective actions across the platform and its integrations. Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and document preventive measures. 2. Maintenance & System Administration Manage day-to-day administration of the platform, including user management, permissions, and security updates. Oversee scheduled maintenance, patching, and version upgrades to ensure high availability and system reliability. Perform regular audits to ensure integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy/security requirements 4. Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, playbooks, and FAQs. Create and update system architecture diagrams, ensuring clear visibility of integrations and data flows. Provide internal teams with self-service support materials through AI agents. Share best practices with internal teams and communicate new product releases, features, and changes. 5. User Support & Training Act as the primary escalation point for client or internal support tickets post-hypercare. Deliver training sessions or knowledge transfer for client admins or internal teams on system usage and troubleshooting. Maintain a feedback loop with clients and internal teams to identify feature improvements or recurring challenges. 6. Continuous Improvement & Monitoring Analyze platform performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements and process improvements. Track system metrics and develop reports to ensure SLAs, uptime, and performance standards are consistently met. What Youll Bring Experience: 24 years in a technical support, business analysis, or platform analyst role (preferably in SaaS/PaaS or HR tech). Technical Fluency: Proficiency in troubleshooting integrations (APIs, webhooks), data discrepancies, and AI model behavior. Experience with ATS/HRIS systems is highly desirable. Power Platform Skills: Experience designing, building, and deploying solutions in PowerApps, Power Automate, or other low-code tools. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance. Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated ability to monitor, detect, and prevent issues before they become critical. Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and vendor support teams. Preferred: Experience working with AI-powered platforms or agent-based tools, especially in recruitment or HR environments. Show more Show less
