Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Agra. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. Responsibilities include identifying and attracting talent, screening applicants, facilitating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Qualifications Strong sourcing and screening skills Experience in conducting interviews and coordinating hiring efforts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
