Role Overview

Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Executive)

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, build a strong talent pipeline, and contribute to the growth of the organization by hiring top-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through

    job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other digital platforms

    .
  • Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and update candidate pipelines regularly.
  • Ensure an excellent

    candidate experience

    throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics such as turnaround time, source efficiency, and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    .
  • 1–3 years

    of experience in

    recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    end-to-end recruitment processes

    and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)

    , and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

    skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for

    tech and non-tech roles

    across diverse functions.
  • Prior experience working with

    startups, HR consultancies, or fast-paced environments

    .
  • Familiarity with

    AI-based hiring tools, employer branding, and recruitment analytics

    .
  • Exposure to

    volume or niche hiring

    and international recruitment.
