We are expanding our HR team and are looking for ambitious MBA or BBA graduates to kick-start their careers in recruitment.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while working in a dynamic and supportive corporate environment.Role OverviewAs an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. You’ll be a key contributor in identifying and bringing in high-potential talent that aligns with our organization’s goals.Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job roles
• Draft and publish job postings on portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Source candidates via online job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and databases
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA or BBA (preferably with HR specialization)
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience
• Solid understanding of basic HR and recruitment processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for recruitment data handling
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week
