You have an excellent opportunity to join ACA Group's dynamic Talent Acquisition Team based in Pune, India office. ACA Group is the leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) advisor in financial services globally. As a Recruiter at ACA Group, your primary responsibility is to achieve hiring objectives for Pune by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating job candidates. You will also advise hiring managers and staff responsible for hiring initiatives. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the office. - Work closely with HR Business Partners to define recruiting requirements. - Develop an understanding of organization recruiting plans and objectives. - Build and maintain a candidate pipeline using multiple sourcing channels. - Prepare quality adverts and social media postings to attract qualified candidates. - Actively source candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs. - Manage interview processes and collaborate with the business to ensure a smooth candidate experience. - Assist in compensation negotiations and offers. - Ensure accurate data management in HRIS and Excel formats. - Perform ad-hoc work and special projects to support ACA on various initiatives. - Bachelor's Degree preferred, major in business, human resources, or related field. - Solid working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus. - Two years+ experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment. - Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
