Job Description

Coordinator - Recruitment Administration  for the RPO team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Coordination process and ensuring efficient and smooth operations. You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to candidate coordination, , data management, , pre and post engagement followup Formalities and providing overall support to the recruitment team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and delivering high-quality administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and other selection processes, and coordinating candidate logistics.
  • Ensure accurate and complete all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview feedback, and other relevant data, in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Coordinate and manage candidate interview processes, including scheduling, coordination and Post offer followup process
  • Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage the bulk scheduling's and update recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide timely and accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes and provide excellent candidate experience.
  • Support the recruitment team in managing recruitment campaigns, job postings, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in handling candidate and recruitment-related data.
  • Stay updated with recruitment best practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Note:- need candidate who can coordinating and scheduling interview and also has to be a Quick learner, Good oral & written Communication skills, having an experience in Excel skills (VLOOKUP, H lookup, Pivots, presentations) and proficiency in working on various ATS. Excel/MS-Office  and ready to pick up additional responsibilities when needed.
