Role Overview

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and energetic Recruitment Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to our Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-impact support role focused on keeping the recruitment engine running smoothly by handling sourcing, interview scheduling, follow-ups, candidate coordination, and data management. You will not own end-to-end hiring but will be the backbone that enables recruiters and hiring managers to move faster and fill roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates from job portals and internal databases using Boolean strings and advanced search techniques shared by recruiters.
  • Post jobs on internal/external job boards and ensure timely refreshes.
  • Screen initial applications/resumes against benchmarks provided by recruiters and shortlist matching profiles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) with candidates and interview panels; proactively handle rescheduling and last-minute changes.
  • Send interview confirmation emails, reminders, and feedback requests to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and real-time data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate status updates, interview notes, offer/reject communications.
  • Prepare and send interviewer availability sheets, weekly hiring dashboards, and recruitment MIS reports in Excel.
  • Coordinate background verification, reference checks, and documentation collection for selected candidates.
  • Support employee referral program tracking and rewards processing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition operations (agency or in-house both acceptable).
  • Excellent command over job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, iimjobs etc.) and Boolean search.
  • Very strong Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting dashboards).
  • Proven ability to manage 100+ candidates and 30–50 interviews per week without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable with follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
