Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support US-based recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates.
Coordinate interviews across multiple regions and time zones.
Manage high-volume recruitment tasks while prioritizing effectively.
Assist with recruiting-related projects and hiring initiatives.
Ensure all documentation, communications, and candidate records are accurate and up to date.
Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
Utilize HR and ATS tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Lever, or similar platforms.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination (US shift experience preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supporting global recruiting or HR operations teams.
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
High attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy.
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling fast-paced tasks independently.
Willing to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
