About the Role

Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Coordination & Operations

  • Schedule interviews and assessments by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate documentation, follow-ups, and status updates.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist recruiters in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as needed.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.
  • Support candidate onboarding activities at the client office.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with client HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Handle escalations related to scheduling, documentation, or recruitment processes.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure all recruitment data is accurate and up to date in ATS/Excel trackers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly hiring status reports.
  • Support coordination for walk-ins, hiring drives, and recruitment events at the client site.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
  • Graduates/MBA HR students preferred, but open to all educational backgrounds.

Must Have Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time onsite at the client office.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Laptop/PC for daily workflows (if required by client).
