Binated is hiring for HR Recruiter in Pune!

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring for operational and support roles. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure steady pipeline flow for current and future workforce needs.

Timings: January 4 to 14, from 11AM to 4PM

Job Requirements:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local networks, institutions, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities
• Maintain candidate trackers, hiring dashboards, and reports
• Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline
• Support employee engagement activities such as team events, recognition programs, and internal communications
• Act as a point of contact for new joiners during onboarding to ensure smooth integration
• Assist in improving employee experience, morale, and retention
• Coordinate feedback collection and support basic engagement initiatives with HR leadership
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture
• Strong command over written and verbal English
• Should be ready to Work from Office in Pune
• 5 days working
• Graduate preferred 
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Must have all educational and employment documents
