Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for niche roles (e.g., DV, RTL Design, DFT, Physical Design, Verification, etc.).
• Conduct initial assessments of candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and regularly report on hiring metrics.
• Assist with employer branding efforts, university hiring, and campus engagement activities.
• Stay current on semiconductor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics domain.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor job roles, skills, and market dynamics.
• Proficient in using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.) and ATS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple requisitions.
