Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing job postings. The Recruiter will also be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and assisting in employee onboarding processes.
