About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and hands-on HR professional who can take charge of end-to-end recruitment as well as support core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, or product-based organizations, with a proven ability to manage both talent acquisition and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Own the recruitment lifecycle: Source, identify, and recruit top talent for various roles.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on the required skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategy.
  • Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Handle recruitment across diverse functions, including engineering (mechanical/electrical/software), and management roles.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, metrics, and reports.

HR Operations:

  • Facilitate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and files.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing training, employee engagement, and team-building activities.
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and admin-related functions as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations.
  • Experience working in high-growth or technical environments is a plus.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation, onboarding, and compliance processes.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
