Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. The Recruiter will also be responsible for posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates
• Knowledge of job advertisement posting and candidate management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and manage the recruitment process
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance or risk management industry is a plus
