Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Vijayawada. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews and assessments, and providing recommendations to hiring managers. The Recruiter will also manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating with clients, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves maintaining recruitment databases, providing regular updates to clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
