Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd, located in Dehradun. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process end-to-end. Daily tasks also include maintaining candidate databases, organizing recruitment events, and collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of the BPO/KPO/ITES industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
