Executive Collection

As a Collection Executive at our company located in Phase 5, Gurugram, you will be responsible for following company guidelines and legal regulations for debt collection. Your main objectives will be to achieve monthly collection targets, minimize bad debts, identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team, and provide excellent customer service while handling disputes and queries. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Active listening, time management, attention to detail, resilience, and patience are also essential qualities for this position. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office, will be beneficial. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in collections or customer service. You should be able to handle pressure, meet targets consistently, and be willing to work in rotational shifts.
