The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. They will also engage in the interview process, conduct reference checks, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Key requirements: Recruitment experience of mon 5 yrs across varied industriess Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to source and attract top talent Experience with applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in a consulting firm is a plus Professional maturity and Result orientation Open to visit client locations within Ahmedabad as and when required Show more Show less
