Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases with up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in receptionist or related field with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
