Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to potential property buyers and investors.
Explain residential project details, pricing, location benefits, and payment plans clearly.
Convert inquiries/leads into confirmed site visits or appointments for field sales team.
Maintain and update lead status, call logs, and follow-ups in CRM software daily.
Achieve monthly/weekly sales and appointment targets.
Coordinate with on-ground sales executives to ensure smooth client handover.
Follow up with interested clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Handle objections and provide accurate property information.
Share daily MIS/call reports with Team Leader or Manager.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with prospective clients to ensure repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream (BBA or MBA Marketing preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales / BPO Sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi; basic English speaking preferred.
Comfortable making 200–250 calls per day and working on daily targets.
Proactive, confident, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM entry).
Immediate joiners or candidates with 15 days’ notice period preferred.
