Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms Make outbound calls to explain project details and schedule site visits Regularly follow up with prospects until booking is closed Maintain lead database and daily follow-up tracker Coordinate with sales team for site visits and client updates Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and location highlights Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Preferred candidate profile 2 years of experience in real estate telecalling or telesales Good communication skills in Tamil (English and Hindi is a plus) Strong follow-up and convincing ability Must be target-oriented and proactive in lead handling Female candidates preferred Familiarity with basic computer tools (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools) Immediate joiners preferred Perks and benefits Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Performance-based bonus Friendly work environment with team support Career growth in the real estate industry Training and CRM support provided
