Job Description Report this job Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members. Manage and oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring efficient client handling and timely follow-ups. Handle high-profile client interactions and resolve escalations professionally. Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Develop and implement effective sales strategies in coordination with management. Conduct regular team meetings and share market updates, property trends, and business development opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners. Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Prepare periodic reports on team performance and submit to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property transactions, and legal procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Preferred Qualities Existing network and contacts in the real estate sector. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
