Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners. 4. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential customers through various sources and convert them into buyers. 5. Site Visits & Negotiation: Arrange property site visits, present offers, and negotiate deals effectively. 6. Market Analysis: Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. 7. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure smooth transaction processes, legal documentation, and adherence to RERA guidelines. 8.
