Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven real estate sales executive to handle residential & commercial property sales, work on qualified leads, conduct site visits, and close high-value deals across premium projects in Gurugram and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound leads for residential and commercial properties
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and client meetings
• Maintain strong follow-ups and negotiation with clients
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
• Close deals and assist in documentation till possession
• Maintain CRM records and lead tracking
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat & referral business

Property Segments You’ll Work On:

• Luxury Builder Floors (DLF Phases, Golf Course Road, GCRE)
• High-rise luxury apartments & townships
• Commercial projects (Retail / Office / SCOs)
• Dubai residential investments (optional exposure)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Client handling & sales closure ability
• Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate micro-markets (preferred)
• Comfortable with site visits & weekend working
• Basic CRM, WhatsApp Business & Excel knowledge
• Target-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
