Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist. The individual in this role will work to achieve sales targets by managing residential real estate transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities will include client consultations, identifying buyer or seller requirements, contract negotiation, and ensuring successful property sales or purchases. Maintaining knowledge of local real estate markets and guiding clients through each stage of the process will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a strong understanding of Residential Real Estate markets
  • Skills in Contract Negotiation to coordinate and finalize agreements effectively
  • Excellence in Customer Service to build trust and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including market trends and property laws
  • Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet targets effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in residential real estate sales is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
