Real Estate Sales Specialist

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves understanding client needs and proposing suitable property solutions. You will be responsible for driving property sales through meetings and follow-ups, handling negotiation processes, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing. It will be your duty to provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management, establish, maintain, and expand the customer base, and manage daily routine calls with clients. Additionally, you will accompany clients for site visits and property presentations, sell properties to prospective clients, and make 70-80 prospect calls per day. Field sales will be involved, including on-ground meetings and visits. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 6 months experience in real estate (freshers with exposure may apply), graduation in any field, and owning a two-wheeler. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of real estate and local locations, honesty, and integrity. This is a target-based job with a fixed salary plus incentives. You will be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with a weekday off provided. Prospect leads will be provided by the company to help you generate revenue by closing sales.
