Job Description

🏢 Job Responsibilities – Real Estate Sales Manager (Inside Sales) 1. Lead Management & Conversion Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential property buyers. Respond promptly to inquiries received through various channels (website, ads, referrals, campaigns). Qualify leads using pre-defined criteria and assign them to appropriate sales agents (if applicable). Follow up consistently with leads until closure or disqualification. 2. CRM & Data Tracking Update lead status and activity logs in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Maintain a database of prospective clients and regular interaction schedules. Track response time, follow-up effectiveness, and conversion rates. 3. Sales Target Achievement Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion, walk-ins scheduled, and bookings closed. Monitor personal KPIs and suggest improvements. 4. Coordination with Field Sales Team Schedule property site visits for field executives. Ensure the field team is briefed with accurate customer data and preferences. Collect feedback post-visit and update records accordingly. 5. Communication & Client Engagement Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities to clients over call/email/WhatsApp. Handle objections and negotiate to close deals when required. Provide personalized follow-ups and maintain good client relations. 6. Marketing Support Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign insights, lead quality analysis, and feedback. Share input on customer trends and preferences for targeted promotions. 7. Training & Team Management (If Senior Role) Monitor junior inside sales executives. Conduct training sessions for telecalling, CRM usage, and objection handling. Ensure process compliance and report performance to senior management. 🧾 Optional Additions Language proficiency (Hindi, English, regional languages) Familiarity with local real estate market trends Understanding of RERA guidelines (India-specific) .
