The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a sales team, achieving targets, and building lasting client relationships within the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive property sales and increase revenue. Generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and local market engagement. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve team productivity. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction at every stage of the sales cycle. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, real estate, or a related field. 1–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role. Strong network within the local property market (residential and/or commercial). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
