Job Overview

We are hiring a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager to drive residential and commercial property sales, manage a team of consultants, and own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

This is a leadership role focused on revenue growth, client experience, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants
• Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and channel partners
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Coordinate with marketing, channel partners, and internal teams

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
• Proven team handling and leadership skills
• Excellent client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Target-driven, result-oriented mindset

Good to Have

• Experience working with CRM tools
