Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days/Week)
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Junior Solar Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Delhi. This is a B2C voice-based sales role where you will engage with Australian residential and business clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for solar energy consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2C calls to generate leads and appointments.
• Explain solar rebates and incentives offered by the Australian government.
• Engage and build rapport with Australian residential and business clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals and strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills or up to 1 year in B2C/B2B voice process.
• Preference: Experience with Australian campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Comfortable working in early morning shifts aligned with Australian business hours.
