Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with strong expertise in Noida industrial and commercial property markets. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, generate business, build client relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate leads and convert them into successful closures for industrial and commercial properties in Noida. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners. Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings. Team Management Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve KPI and revenue goals. Assign leads, monitor performance, and provide regular training and guidance. Review weekly sales reports and ensure proper follow-up and closure. Market & Property KnowledgeMaintain updated knowledge of Noida’s industrial and commercial property trends, pricing, and competitors. Prepare market analysis, pricing strategies, and property positioning reports. Coordinate with property owners, builders, and developers for inventory management. CRM & DocumentationManage and update leads through CRM (Zoho or similar). Ensure accurate documentation, agreement preparation, and closing paperwork. Maintain complete records of client interactions, inventory, and sales activities. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Noida industrial and commercial real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.). Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
