As a Real Estate Sales Manager at AuctionBazaar.com in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in driving real estate sales for bank-auctioned and NPA properties listed on our platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving real estate sales for bank-auctioned and NPA properties listed on AuctionBazaar.com. - Building and managing a network of local real estate brokers and agents across Kochi. - Identifying potential buyers and investors interested in distressed and auction properties. - Conducting property presentations, client meetings, and site visits as required. - Collaborating with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. - Tracking and reporting sales performance, lead conversions, and market feedback to management. - Developing strong market intelligence and maintaining updated knowledge of local property trends. - Ensuring high standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency in all client interactions. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/commercial segments. - Proven ability to handle broker networks and close high-value transactions. - Strong communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English. - Native of Kochi with excellent knowledge of local geography and property markets. - Familiarity with property documentation, sales processes, and due diligence. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
