Real Estate Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits for interested clients.
  • Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
  • Coordinate with developers and sales managers for property availability and negotiations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure engagement and deal closure.
  • Present and compare multiple projects to help clients make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
