As a Pre-Sales Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the following: Handling incoming leads generated through various marketing platforms. Engaging with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and site visits coordination. Understanding customer requirements and providing project information accordingly. Coordinating with the Sales Team for smooth site visits and client handovers. Maintaining regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into qualified opportunities. Updating lead status in CRM tools and preparing reports. Supporting the marketing team with lead generation campaigns as required.
