Job Title: Sales Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.     Key Responsibilities:·        Team Leadership & Management: o   Recruit, train, and supervise real estate sales agents. o   Set clear performance goals and monitor team KPIs. o   Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. ·         Sales Strategy & Execution:o   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. o   Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. o   Oversee the entire sales process to ensure seamless customer experience. ·         Client Relations:o   Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. o   Handle high-profile client interactions and complex negotiations. o   Ensure customer satisfaction and manage conflict resolution when needed. ·         Reporting & Analysis:o   Prepare regular sales reports for senior management. o   Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth. ·         Marketing Support:o   Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and property showcases. o   Assist in brand development and positioning in target markets. Qualifications: ·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. ·        Proven experience as a real estate agent and in a sales management role. ·        Valid real estate license (required in most jurisdictions). ·        Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. ·        Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics. ·        Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; experience with MLS is a plus. Preferred Skills:·        Excellent negotiation and closing skills. ·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ·        Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. ·        High level of professionalism and ethics.
