Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation & Lead Management: Actively seek new clients, generate leads through various channels (marketing, networking), and manage a database of potential buyers and sellers. Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Understand clients' needs, financial abilities, and property preferences to provide tailored advice and recommendations. Property Showings & Tours: Organize and conduct property tours for potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients, buyers, and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial deals. Documentation & Paperwork: Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Market Knowledge & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide clients with accurate and reliable information. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, other real estate professionals (agents, lenders, inspectors), and cross-functional teams within the company. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, report on activities, and contribute to sales forecasting to improve overall efficiency and results. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Address challenges in the sales process, make data-driven decisions, and implement strategies to overcome obstacles and drive sales. Teamwork & Leadership: Collaborate with other sales representatives, support junior staff, and provide guidance to achieve team goals. Process Improvement & Innovation: Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, adapt to market changes, and leverage technology to enhance customer experience.
