Job Title: Executive – Business Development (Scouting)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 65 (with Pan India travel for scouting)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a fresher and experienced Business Development Executive (Scouting) to support Burger Singh’s franchise expansion across Pan India. The role involves identifying new outlet locations, coordinating with brokers/consultants, and ensuring smooth communication with franchise partners. Candidates with strong real estate and business development experience will thrive in this fast-paced QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Location Scouting: Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential real estate sites for franchise expansion across India.

Market Research: Conduct detailed analysis of competitor outlets, catchment areas, and upcoming retail opportunities.

Franchise Coordination: Manage discussions and maintain relationships with franchise partners, brokers, and consultants.

Lead Support: Assist in optimizing the franchise lead funnel by providing inputs on site feasibility.

Reporting: Prepare location evaluation reports, maintain trackers, and share insights with the management team.

Business Development: Actively contribute to driving franchise growth through fieldwork and Pan India scouting initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or franchise operations.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Good analytical and observation skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Comfortable with Pan India travel for scouting new locations.

Strong knowledge of retail real estate markets and trends is preferred.
