Real Estate Sales Executive We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, explain project details, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales. Handle incoming leads and make outbound follow-up calls Understand customer requirements (budget, location, purpose) Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly Arrange and conduct site visits with clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships Negotiate pricing and close sales successfully Assist customers with booking, documentation, and registration Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up status Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams RequiredGood communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused and result-oriented approach Basic knowledge of real estate sales process Ability to convince and close deals MS Excel / CRM knowledge preferred Willingness to travel for site visits Any graduate / diploma (preferred) 0–5 years experience in real estate sales or related field Freshers with strong interest in sales can apply Attractive salary + high incentives Career growth opportunities On-the-job training Supportive work environment
