Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for assisting clients in their property search, providing personalized consultation, and handling negotiations and transactions. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, liaising with developers, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying or investment journey.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License.
• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property markets.
• Strong skills in Sales and closing real estate transactions effectively.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to manage diverse client needs and build lasting relationships.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and partners.
• Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market and trends is highly desirable.
• Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in real estate or sales is preferred, though not mandatory.
