To excel in this role, you must hold a valid Real Estate License and possess a deep knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate markets. Your sales and negotiation skills will be key in successfully guiding clients through their real estate journey. Moreover, your ability to work on-site and maintain flexible hours will be critical in meeting client needs effectively. While familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
