Role Overview:

Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about projects.
Conduct site visits and explain project features, specifications, and pricing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation, sales reports, and customer records.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with the CRM, marketing, and project teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Real Estate experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
