Job Description

Position: Sourcing Manager (Channel Sales) Location: Thane Site Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA preferred Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth through B2B/B2C sales and an active network of channel partners. Identify, empanel, and manage channel partners to generate leads and meet targets. Conduct regular CP meetings, performance reviews, and ensure ongoing engagement. Build strong client relationships through site visits, product presentations, and follow-ups. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experience and process compliance. Ensure proper documentation, timely collections, and adherence to systems like SFDC. Support the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to closure and delivery. Skills: Strong sales acumen with B2B/B2C exposure Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Knowledge of real estate market trends is an advantage Team collaboration and process orientation
