Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate assets, analyzing financial performance, handling leases, and managing portfolios. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing asset strategies, monitoring property performance, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate property performance and market conditions
• Knowledge of Finance, including budgeting, financial analysis, and investment strategies
• Experience in handling Leases and understanding lease agreements
• Skills in Asset Management and Portfolio Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
