Operating on an "Aggregate, Control & Transact" model, you will engage with landlords, property owners, and developers online to optimize inventory and distribution channels. The company is a pioneer in online real estate transactions, bridging online engagement with offline activation. Additionally, you will have access to a personalized dashboard for real estate portfolio updates and transaction status. As a full-time Real Estate Portfolio Manager based in Gurugram, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing real estate assets, analyzing financial performance, handling leases, and managing portfolios. Your daily tasks will involve conducting market research, developing asset strategies, monitoring property performance, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills to evaluate property performance and market conditions. Knowledge of finance, including budgeting, financial analysis, and investment strategies, will be crucial. Experience in handling leases and understanding lease agreements is required, along with skills in asset management and portfolio management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary, while previous experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous.,
