Description
About the Role We’re looking for a mid-level React engineer who can translate product ideas into elegant, performant web experiences. You’ll own end-to-end feature development—from wireframes to pixel-perfect, tested code—while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams. Key Responsibilities Build, test, and ship reusable React components using hooks, Context API, and modern state-management libraries (Redux / Zustand ). Integrate REST / GraphQL APIs; handle real-time data with WebSockets or SSE where needed. Optimize for performance (lazy loading, code-splitting, memoization) and accessibility (WCAG, ARIA). Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and participate in code reviews. Implement responsive, mobile-first UIs with CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or styled-components. Collaborate with designers to refine user flows and deliver pixel-perfect front-end. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain automated build processes. Must-Have Skills 2–5 years of professional front-end development, with at least 2 years focused on React. Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES2020+). Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles. Experience consuming REST/GraphQL services and handling authentication flows (JWT/OAuth). Familiarity with Git workflows and agile development (Scrum or Kanban). Nice-to-Have Experience with Next.js, React Native, or micro-frontend architecture. Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Storybook) and design systems. Exposure to analytics/monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog) and performance profiling.
