React Developer

Job Title : Lead React Developer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Lead React Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance, user-focused applications. As a key member of our front-end team, you will take ownership of React-based projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the highest standards of code quality, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in React and JavaScript, along with leadership experience in agile development environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance React applications, setting best practices and ensuring code quality.

 Design reusable and efficient components, with a focus on state management using libraries like Redux or Context API.

 Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

 Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness, ensuring smooth rendering and fast load times.

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and visually appealing user interfaces.

 Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress) andCI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to ensure consistent quality and reliability in the development process.

 Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support code-base understanding and design patterns.

Requirements:

 Educational Qualification :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 Technical Expertise: Strong experience with React, React Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). In-depth knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux, MobX, or Context API. Proficient in front-end development tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM, andYarn. Solid understanding of CSS frameworks (e.g., Sass, CSS-in-JS) and component libraries such as Material UI or Ant Design. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Proven ability to build front-end architectures and optimize performance. Familiarity with Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js.

 Additional Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, GraphQL, and testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Jest). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing and guiding development teams. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
