Job Description

This includes driving market coverage, outlet productivity, secondary sales target achievement, range selling, onboarding new outlets as per plan with regular touchpoints with distributors/retailers, and providing timely market feedback to the TSI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive distribution width and depth within the designated area.
Deliver secondary sales targets of retail outlets within the designated area.
Manage retail outlets effectively.
Increase retailer awareness in the designated area and onboard new outlets.
Drive range selling across outlets.
Ensure availability of stocks across outlets within the designated area.
Focus on activating new channels when directed.
Help the TSI to manage relationships with distributors.
Be aware of all competitive activities within the designated area.
Disseminate trade schemes and other benefits to retailers and dealers.
Perform outlet census as per plan for towns in scope of distribution addition.
Drive adoption of Bizom/SFA.
Support new outlet openings and business building activities.
Benchmark competitors schemes, new product launches, and market actions
